The Commission held public hearings in the communities listed below.

The deadline to submit your Notice of Intent to make a Representation at a Public Hearing was August 21, 2002.

The deadline to submit your written submission was October 17, 2002.

Public Hearings Schedule

The public hearings will be held at the following places and dates. The public hearings will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. ADT.
