Conclusion Thus, as explained in more detail above, pursuant to the public hearings and in light of the accepted criteria and the representations made, the Commission revised its Proposals and, after deliberation, respectfully submits its report in compliance with section 20 of the Act. The names, population figures, boundaries and maps of the electoral districts and the descriptions of the changes made to the Proposals and the reasons therefor are attached to this report and form an integral part thereof.
