Registered Party Financial Transactions Return

This page allows you to search and select the Registered Political Party Quarterly Financial Transactions Returns whose information you wish to view.

1. Enter the search criteria (period from, period to and/or political party) and click after each search criteria if applicable.
2. Once your search criteria have been chosen, click Find. The returns that match your search criteria will appear in the “Financial transactions returns found” box in alphabetical order, sorted by political party and fiscal period.
3. Click on one of the matches or click Select All to see all the returns in the “Financial transactions returns found” box. Alternatively, use the Shift or Ctrl keys on your keyboard to select one or more returns.
4. Once you are satisfied with your selections, click the Search Selected button to perform your query.

Note: There are two return types: Data as submitted (original return as submitted to Elections Canada), the default choice; and Data as reviewed by Elections Canada (may include updates to the original return by the agent and minor corrections made by Elections Canada).
