This summary follows the same order as the agenda of the regular meeting of the Advisory Committee of Political Parties (ACPP) on April 20, 2009 (Appendix 1). The objectives of the meeting were to discuss aspects of the 40th general election, provide key results from the post-election survey, share information about Elections Canada's operational activities, including event readiness plans and long-term accessibility plans, and highlights from the 2008 focus group sessions held with official agents.
