Chief Electoral Officer of Canada –
Overview of Federal Electoral Process

OTTAWA, Wednesday, November 30, 2005 — The Chief Electoral Officer of Canada, Jean-Pierre Kingsley, will hold a news conference on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the National Press Theatre to give Canadians an overview of the federal electoral process.

He will review the main stages of the electoral process for Canadian voters, and discuss the different ways by which they can vote.
