The sum obtained is adjusted by using the inflation adjustment factor in effect on April 1, 2005, of 1.047.

The second, third and fourth quarterly allowances are calculated based on the results of the 39th general election held on January 23, 2006, using the inflation adjustment factor in effect on April 1, 2006, of 1.070.
