*The following electoral district names were changed by An Act to change the names of certain electoral districts (S.C. 2004, c. 19), which amended the 2003 Representation Order, effective September 1, 2004: Bonavista–Exploits was changed to Bonavista–Gander–Grand Falls–Windsor; Nunavik–Eeyou was changed to Abitibi–Baie-James–Nunavik–Eeyou; Dauphin–Swan River was changed to Dauphin–Swan River–Marquette; Churchill River was changed to Desnethé–Missinippi–Churchill River; Athabasca was changed to Fort McMurray–Athabasca; Kamloops–Thompson was changed to Kamloops–Thompson–Cariboo and West Vancouver–Sunshine Coast was changed to West Vancouver–Sunshine Coast–Sea to Sky Country.
**The electoral district name of Westlock–St. Paul was changed to Battle River on September 1, 2004, pursuant to the above-mentioned legislation. On February 24, 2005, the name was changed back to Westlock–St. Paul, in accordance with An Act to change the name of the electoral district of Battle River (S.C. 2005, c. 5).
