The above bar graph shows the types of media where respondents recalled noticing advertisement from Elections Canada about the November 17, 2014, federal by-elections. The results are as follows:
- Newspapers were the most recalled media (59 percent), followed by radio (22 percent), television (19 percent), voter information card (5 percent), Elections Canada householder brochure (4 percent), e-mail/Internet (3 percent), and billboards/bulletin boards/outdoor signs (3 percent).
