Problems Witnessed with Regard to Voter Identification Requirements

- 39 percent said voters did not have the proper identification or were not able to vote
- 21 percent said voters had problems proving their identity
- 17 percent said voters had problems proving their address
- 13 percent said voters were uncertain about the identification needed
- 13 percent said there was uneven interpretation of the rules
- 8 percent said there were long lineups due to identification requirements
- 8 percent said workers were not properly trained
- 6 percent said some people voted without proper identification
- 5 percent said voters were unsure about which polling station to go to
- 4 percent said voters' lists contained too many errors
- 3 percent said students had difficulty voting
- 3 percent said there was improper behaviour by parties or representatives
- 13 percent indicated other reasons
- 2 percent did not know
