Public Hearings
The hearings are open to everyone. If you have special needs, you may wish to inform the Commission.
Any person wishing to appear before the Commission to make a representation shall advise the Secretary of his or her participation by telephone, fax, e-mail or in writing as indicated below.
The Commission will also accept any representation submitted to it in writing or by fax or e-mail until the end of the public hearings.
The Commission is authorized under its terms of reference to consider the representations
made to the Federal Electoral Boundaries Commission for New Brunswick
at the hearings held in Miramichi on September 4, 2002
and in Caraquet on September 5, 2002. If any person wishes
to reiterate the views he or she expressed at those hearings, or
additional or different views on the new boundaries proposals described
in this notice, but is unable to appear before the Commission, please
forward your views by fax, e-mail, telephone or in writing to the
Commission before the end of the public hearings.
The Commission will hold public hearings at the following locations,
dates and times.
