Commission's Proposals
The proposals are prepared by the Commission using the
2001 census data provided by the Chief Electoral Officer. This information
is necessary to determine what changes are required to the existing federal
electoral boundaries.
The Commission will then hold public hearings and accept
written submissions from those who wish to comment on the proposals.
