Acknowledgements
This report is the result of the effort of a great number of people.
First and foremost among this group are the people of New Brunswick –
those who made written and oral presentations. The Commission wants to
thank all the people who participated in the hearings process. Their comments
and ideas were very useful and the hard work they put into their submissions
was much appreciated.
