|New Financial Agent of Electoral District Associations
This session provides essential information for new financial agents of electoral district associations. Participants learn the different roles in an association and legal responsibilities under the Canada Elections Act. Other topics include financial administration and reporting. A resource list with clickable links is provided.
This session provides information to all political entities on managing fundraising activities. Participants learn how to calculate and report contributions for different types of fundraising, such as ticketed and non-ticketed events, draws, auctions and the sale of branded goods. It also explains the rules for regulated fundraising events. A resource list with clickable links is provided.
How to use EFR (for EDAs)
This session is a live demonstration of the Electronic Financial Return (EFR) software. Participants will have a chance to see where transactions are entered and how to complete the electoral district association annual return.
