Reasons for Dissatisfaction with Elector Registration

• 18 percent said the rules were not consistently enforced
• 13 percent said there was an inadequate time frame for electors
• 10 percent said electors were unaware of the registration process or options
• 7 percent said there were too few registration officers at the polls
• 7 percent said revision was ineffective or they wanted a return to door-to-door enumeration
• 6 percent said voters were confused about identification requirements
• 3 percent said there were too few registration opportunities
• 2 percent said there were not enough revising agents
• 7 percent indicated other reasons
