- No contact was made on 409 (or 36 percent) of the calls.
- Contact was made on 713 (or 64 percent) of the calls. Of these, 302 calls (or 42 percent) were answered by someone who had time to talk, and 411 (or 58 percent) were answered by someone who had no time to talk.
- Of the calls that reached someone who had time to talk, 288 calls (or 95 percent) were completed.
- Of the calls that reached someone who had no time to talk, the First Nation was called back later in 279 cases (or 68 percent), and the call was completed in 66 cases (or 16 percent).
