The bar graph shows the proportion of elected versus non-elected candidates from the 2008 and 2011 surveys in favour of e-registration, as follows:

In 2008,

• among non-elected candidates, 79 percent were in favour
• elected candidates, 73 percent

In 2011,

• non-elected candidates, 75 percent
• elected candidates, 68 percent
