Conditions:

The candidate agrees to the presence of the authorized pool media.
Media comply with any instruction or request by election officers at the polling site.
Pool media may film or photograph the candidate casting their ballot, but may not film or photograph other electors or conduct interviews in the polling site.
Voters are not disturbed.
The secrecy of the vote is not compromised.
Pool media granted authorization to host a pool agree that their contact information can be shared for pool purposes with other media who made a request 10 days before polling day for access to pool images, and that pool images will be shared with them on site upon request. Arrangements for sharing pool images, and any related costs, will be the responsibility of the media involved.
